Obama picks Sotomayor, Maria and Rosita thrilled!
President Barack Obama today chose federal appeals judge Sonia Sotomayor as the his nominee for the Supreme Court, following the announcement that Justice Souter will be retiring. Sotomayor is the first hispanic ever nominated and, if confirmed, only the third woman to ever sit on the bench.
